Double Column Flaps Folding Carton Sealer automates the final packaging step for boxes with flaps that require folding. The process begins as an assembled carton, with its top flaps open, is conveyed into the machine. The system frst automatically folds the upper flaps of the carton downward. The carton then moves through the sealing section, where it is automatically sealed with adhesive tape ( glue opyional ) applied simultaneously to both the top and bottom seams.
